This course is designed to teach and train students on effective business communications and etiquette within an organizational and sales cycle environments. Emphasis will be on sales communication, consumer behavior, communication mediums and organized communications strategies for different audiences groups.


Course Description

Business communication skills are imperative for any business or individual to be successful. In fact, these skills can often mean the difference between success and failure.

From an organizational standpoint effective communication is vital in order to connect and keep all members aligned to the corporate mandate. Further, organized communication ensures the sufficient operations of all levels, whereas poor communication often results in inefficiency equating to loss of productivity and consequently loss of profits.

From an individual perspective, effective communication is the cornerstone to having a successful career. In the current employment climate, competition is becoming fiercer as more and more qualified candidates are entering the market and therefore business communication essentials are the determinants for success.
